This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for paid BuddyBond services. Applicable fees and taxes are displayed before payment.
Verification Fee
Where a companion verification registration fee applies, the fee covers identity-validation and onboarding processing. If an applicant is rejected during the stated verification process, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment source according to the applicable refund terms.
Digital Services
Digital utility purchases, such as message tokens or profile-unlock credits, may become non-refundable once the digital service or access has been consumed or revealed, except where required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Banking or payment-provider processing times may affect when the amount appears in the customer account.
